With the technology in place and their amazing team of Hosts on the ground, it was also a great lifestyle business and the owners enjoyed much better returns than if it was tenanted in the traditional long term way.

With the success in this model they were approached by a promoter and asked to put together an online educational course to show others how to do it all professionally. So in 2018 “BNB Professional” was born. Through BNB Professional over 1,100 students have learnt and are still learning today, the strategies of being a BNB professional and also property owners are learning  how to find these right properties and host them the right way for maximum profits and minimal dramas. 

 

Aaron and nicole travelled around australia in 2018 and 2019 speaking and educating over 10,000 people on the cash-flow strategies of short term rental properties.
